Hi, I’m Dr. Rockie — a physical therapist, wellness coach, and the heart behind PocketLiveWell.
I created this platform from my deep passion for helping busy people like you reconnect with your body and mind, no matter where life takes you.
With a background in science-based movement, breathwork, and mindset coaching, I believe real change comes from simple, flexible tools you can fit into your everyday life — not overwhelming routines or quick fixes.
As a physical therapist, I’ve seen firsthand how much more resilient and vibrant people can feel when they take a proactive approach to their well-being. That’s why I created PocketLiveWell—a remote wellness practice designed to guide you in movement, breathwork, and mindset coaching. It’s not physical therapy, but it’s built on the same foundation of science, intention, and care. PocketLiveWell gives you the tools and support to feel better in your body, manage stress, and live with more energy—wherever you are.
